In Settings, your fee settings decide who covers the platform and processing fees on each lesson.

Choose fee responsibility#

Option	What it means
`The Coach`	Fees come out of your payout; the client pays the listed price.
`The Client`	Fees are added to the client's total.
`The Gym`	The gym's setting applies (for gym-based coaches).
`Split`	Fees are shared between you and the client.

Where clients see it

Clients always see their exact total — including any fees they cover — before they confirm. Learn more in Fees and who pays them.

Cancellation policy#

You can also set a cancellation policy here — for example, a fee if a client cancels close to the lesson. Select Save Policy to apply it.
