How gym closures affect your schedule
When a gym you coach at closes for a day, those times drop out of your bookable schedule there.

Gyms set their own closures — holidays, maintenance, or events. When a gym you coach at is closed, that location isn't bookable for those dates, even if they fall inside your normal hours.
What you'll see#
In the booking calendar, a closed date at that gym shows as Gym is closed this day. Your availability at other locations is unaffected.
Gym closures are managed by the gym, not by you. Your own blackout days are separate and apply everywhere you coach.
