Set your weekly availability

Tell Handspring when you're open to coach. Clients can only book inside the times you set.

Before you start
Availability is one of your setup checklist items. Until it's set, clients have no times to book.

Set your hours#

    Open Availability
    Go to Availability.
  2. 2
    Add time blocks
    For each day, Sunday through Saturday, add the windows you're open to coach. Add more than one block per day if you split your hours.
  3. 3
    Turn on bookings
    Make sure Accepting Requests is on so clients can request lessons.
  4. 4
    Save
    Save your changes — you'll see Availability saved!
Result
Clients now see open times that fall inside your hours when they book.
Toggling Accepting Requests off pauses new bookings while keeping your existing lessons intact — handy when you're fully booked.
