Transfer a lesson to another coach

Hand a lesson to a colleague at your gym when you can't take it yourself.

Before you start
Transferring sends a lesson to another coach at your gym. The option appears when other coaches are available to take it.

Transfer the lesson#

  1. 1
    Open the lesson
    Open the upcoming lesson you can't take.
  2. 2
    Choose Transfer
    Select the transfer option and pick the coach to hand it to. Add a note if helpful.
  3. 3
    Confirm
    Select Transfer Lesson.
Result
The lesson moves to the other coach's schedule. The client keeps the same time and is informed of the change.

Can't find a coach to take it? Cancel the lesson instead, and the client's hold is released per your policy.
