Available, Pending, and Future balances
Your Balance page splits your money into three buckets. Here's what each one means.

Open Balance to see where your earnings stand. Money moves through three buckets as lessons progress.
The three buckets#
| Bucket | What it holds |
|---|---|
Future | Earnings from scheduled lessons that haven't happened yet. |
Pending | Money from closed-out lessons that's still settling. |
Available | Cleared funds you can pay out now. |
How money flows#
A confirmed lesson sits in Future. When you close it out, the money moves to Pending, then to Available once it settles. From there you can request a payout.
Lessons to close out
The Balance page also shows how many completed lessons are waiting in your close-out queue — clear them to release your money.
