Cancel a lesson

Cancel an upcoming lesson and let the client know why.

If a lesson can't happen, cancel it from its detail page. Consider transferring it to another coach first, if someone can cover.

Cancel the lesson#

    Open the lesson
    Open the upcoming lesson you need to cancel.

    Choose to cancel
    Select cancel, and optionally add a note for the client — for example, why you're canceling or when to rebook.
  3. 3
    Confirm
    Confirm the cancellation.
Result
The lesson moves to Canceled and the client is notified. Any hold on their card is released.
A clear, kind note goes a long way — it tells the family what happened and makes it easy to rebook.
