You don't need a client to set up their athlete first. When you create a lesson and the athlete isn't in the system yet, add them on the spot.

Add the athlete#

Reach the athlete step
In the lesson flow, get to the step where you choose an athlete.

Create a new athlete
Enter the athlete's name and link a parent — by an existing account or a new contact.

Finish booking
Continue and send the lesson request as usual.

Result

The athlete is created and linked to their parent, who confirms and pays for the lesson.

Once created, the athlete shows up in your Client List for next time.
