Close-out queue and unpaid lessons
The Balance page tracks lessons waiting to be closed out and any that couldn't collect payment.

Your Balance page has tabs for the two states that need your attention: Close Out and Unpaid.
Close Out#
The Close Out tab lists completed lessons that are ready to settle. Closing each one releases the money toward your balance — see Close out a completed lesson.
Unpaid#
If a card couldn't be charged at close-out, the lesson lands in the Unpaid tab. From there you can retry the charge or reach out to the parent to sort out payment.
Clearing your close-out queue promptly keeps your Available balance current and your payouts flowing.
