Schedule a claimed request

After you claim an inquiry, it sits in your claimed requests until you book it. Scheduling it creates the lesson.

Schedule the lesson#

   Open Waitlist

   Go to Waitlist and find the claimed request.

   Start scheduling

   Choose to schedule it. The lesson flow opens, pre-filled with the family's details where possible.

   Pick a time and send

   Choose the lesson type and time, then create the lesson.

Changed your mind?#

If you can't take it after all, you can return it to the waitlist so another coach can pick it up.
