Auto-approve rules
Let qualifying requests confirm themselves, so you don't have to approve every booking by hand.

By default, a new lesson request waits for you to approve it. Auto-approve, set on the Availability page, confirms qualifying requests automatically.
The rules you control#
Existing students only— auto-approve only requests from athletes you've already coached, while new clients still wait for you.Minimum advance notice— only auto-approve requests placed at least a set number of hours before the lesson (24 hours by default).
Auto-approve is a convenience, not a commitment — you can still cancel or reschedule any lesson after it's confirmed.
What clients experience#
When a request matches your rules, it skips the waiting step and arrives already Confirmed — the client still gets a text either way.
