Add blackout days / time off

Block out vacations, holidays, or single afternoons so nobody can book you then.

Blackout days override your weekly hours for specific dates. Use them for time off without changing your regular availability.

Block out time#

  1. 1
    Open Availability
    Go to Availability and find the blackout / time-off section.
  2. 2
    Pick the dates
    Choose the day or range you'll be away.
  3. 3
    Full or partial
    Mark it a Full day, or choose Partial to block only part of the day.
  4. 4
    Save
    Save the blackout. Remove it later to reopen those times.
Result
Blocked dates show as unavailable in the booking calendar, so no one can book you then.
