Can't take a request you claimed? Send it back so another coach can pick it up.

Claiming a request reserves it for you. If your plans change before you've scheduled it, return it so it doesn't sit idle.

Open Waitlist
Go to Waitlist and find the claimed request.

Return it
Choose to return it to the waitlist and confirm.

Result

You'll see Returned to waitlist — the inquiry is open again and other qualifying coaches are re-notified.
