For clients who train on a regular cadence, duplicate an existing lesson instead of building each one from scratch.

Duplicate a lesson#

Open the lesson
Open an upcoming lesson and choose to duplicate it.

Set the offset
Use Shift by to place the copy — for example, the same time next week. The New lesson date updates as you adjust it.

Create the copy
Select Duplicate. If the new time overlaps something, you'll be warned and can choose Duplicate Anyway.

Result

A new lesson is created at the chosen time. Like any lesson, it waits for the client to confirm unless your auto-approve rules apply.

Scheduling conflicts

If a duplicate clashes with another lesson or a closure, Handspring flags a Scheduling conflict so you can pick a different time.
