On Handspring, the coach sets up the lesson — the day, time, type, and price — and sends it to you. You decide whether to confirm.
The flow#
- 1A coach books the lessonYour coach schedules a lesson for one of your athletes. It arrives as a text and shows on your dashboard marked
Pending. - 2You confirm and add a cardYou confirm and pay. The lesson moves to
Confirmedand your card is held. - 3The lesson happensAfter the session, the coach closes it out and your card is charged.
Some coaches turn on auto-approval for their existing students, so a lesson may arrive already
Confirmed. You'll still get a text either way.Don't recognize a request?#
If a request looks wrong, you can cancel it before it happens. To find or review the coach who sent it, see Find and view a coach's profile.
