Invite a coach

Add coaches to your gym by sending an invite, and choose the role each one gets.

Send an invite#

    Open Employees
    Go to Employees and open the invite form.

    Enter contact details
    Add the coach's phone number (required) and email (optional).

    Choose a role and exclusivity
    Pick a role. For coaches, the Exclusive toggle (preset to your gym default) decides whether they can only hold private lessons at your gym — see Exclusive coaches and release requests. Then send the invite.
Result
You'll see Invitation sent! The coach gets a link to accept and join your roster.

Roles#

Full AccessBroad access across the gym's tools.
After a coach accepts, fine-tune what they can do — exclusivity, fees, lesson types, and more — in their settings.
Coach exclusive to another gym?
If the coach is marked exclusive elsewhere, the invite is held and the form explains why — with a one-click way to ask that gym to release them. If they approve, your invite goes out automatically.
