Send an invite#

Open Employees
Go to Employees and open the invite form.

Enter contact details
Add the coach's phone number (required) and email (optional).

Choose a role
Pick a role, then send the invite.

Result

You'll see Invitation sent! The coach gets a link to accept and join your roster.

Roles#

Role	What they can do
`Coach`	Teach lessons and manage their own schedule and clients.
`Admin`	Help run the gym — manage lessons, the schedule, and the team.
`Full Access`	Broad access across the gym's tools.

After a coach accepts, fine-tune what they can do — exclusivity, fees, lesson types, and more — in their settings.
