Your gym sets a default fee policy, but you can override it per coach — useful for a senior coach, a contractor, or any special arrangement.

Set an override#

Open the coach
In Employees, open a coach and manage their settings.

Set fee responsibility
Choose who covers the fees for this coach's lessons — The Coach, The Client, The Business, or Split.

Save
Select Save Changes.

Result

The override applies to that coach's future lessons, ahead of the gym default.

Prefer to let coaches manage their own fees? Set your gym policy to No Default, and each coach controls their own fee structure.
