The coach close-out queue

Close out completed lessons across your coaches to release payment and settle them.

The Coach Closeouts tab on your Balance page lists completed lessons that are ready to settle, across all of your coaches.

Close out lessons#

  1. 1
    Open Coach Closeouts
    On Balance, open the Coach Closeouts tab. Filter by coach with All Coaches if you like.
  2. 2
    Select lessons
    Choose the lessons to close out.
  3. 3
    Pick the method and close
    Settle them as Card or Cash to close them out.
Result
Closed-out lessons release their payment and move toward your gym's available balance — you'll see when a batch is Closeout complete.
Keeping the queue clear keeps coach earnings and your gym's balance moving. Review the per-coach breakdown to see what each coach is owed.
