Set your cancellation policy

A cancellation policy sets a fee when a client cancels within a certain window of the lesson — protecting your coaches' time.

Set the policy#

   Open Settings

   Go to your gym Settings and find the cancellation policy.

   Define the window and fee

   Set how close to the lesson a cancellation incurs a fee, and how much.

   Save

   Save the policy.

What clients see#

When a parent goes to cancel a lesson, the cancellation window shows the fee, if any, before they confirm — so the policy is always transparent.
