Manage a coach's settings

Control a coach's exclusivity, fee responsibility, lesson types, concurrency, and more.

Open Employees and select a coach to manage, then choose to manage their details. Each coach has a set of controls you own as the gym.

What you can set#

  • Exclusivity — whether the coach only teaches at your gym.
  • Fee responsibility — who covers the fees on their lessons.
  • Maximum concurrent lessons they can run at once.
  • Lesson type restrictions — turn on Enable Lesson Type Restrictions to limit which types they teach.
  • Waitlist access and their payout schedule.

Save your changes#

  1. 1
    Adjust the settings
    Update any of the controls for the coach.
  2. 2
    Save
    Select Save Changes.
Result
The coach's rules apply to their future lessons at your gym.
Need to remove a coach? Use Remove on their page. To change the same setting for several coaches at once, use bulk edit.
