Export clients to CSV or Mailchimp

Download your client list, or connect Mailchimp and push clients straight into an audience for email campaigns.

Your Clients page has an Export clients menu with two destinations: a CSV download, or a direct push into a Mailchimp audience. Both export the list as currently filtered — narrow the list first if you only want a segment.

Export to CSV#

Export clients → Export to CSV downloads a spreadsheet with each client's name, email, phone, athletes, and coaches.

Connect Mailchimp#

    Open Integrations
    In Business Settings, scroll to the Integrations section.

    Connect your Mailchimp account
    Click connect on the Mailchimp card and sign in to Mailchimp when it asks — you'll be sent right back to Settings when it's done.

    Pick a default audience
    Choose the Mailchimp audience that should be pre-selected whenever you export clients. You can disconnect at any time from the same card.

Push clients to Mailchimp#

    Filter your client list
    On the Clients page, apply any filters — the push sends exactly what you see.

    Export to Mailchimp
    Open Export clients and choose Mailchimp, pick the audience (your default is pre-filled), confirm the consent checkbox, and send.
Result
The filtered clients land in your chosen Mailchimp audience, ready for your next campaign.
Email consent is on you
Only push clients you have permission to email — the consent checkbox is there for a reason, and marketing-consent rules (and Mailchimp's terms) apply to how you use the list.
