Connect your gym's bank account

Connect Stripe so your gym can receive payouts from lessons. Required before scheduling paid lessons.

Before you start
Have your business and bank details ready. Stripe may ask for verification documents.

Connect Stripe#

    Open Settings
    Go to your gym Settings and find the Stripe Connect Account section.

    Connect your account
    Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts, and complete Stripe's steps.
  3. 3
    Confirm it's connected
    Once linked, the section shows Connected.
Result
Your gym can now schedule paid lessons and receive payouts.
Until Stripe is connected, the gym can't schedule paid lessons or request payouts. Finish any requirements Stripe flags so payouts aren't held.

Verify your identity#

Before payouts are enabled, Handspring also confirms the account holder's identity. If it's still pending, the gym dashboard shows a Verify your identity to receive payouts banner — click Verify your identity, complete the short Stripe Identity check, and you're returned to the dashboard. Payouts stay blocked until it's done.
