Assign a waitlist request to a coach

Rather than wait for a coach to claim an inquiry, you can hand it to the right coach yourself from the Waitlist.

Assign the request#

   Open Waitlist

   Go to Waitlist and find the pending inquiry.

   Assign a coach

   Choose the coach to take it.

Keeping things moving#

If an assigned coach hasn't scheduled yet, you can nudge them, or return the request to the waitlist so another coach can pick it up. See Manage your gym's waitlist.
