Open the export
From Reports, open the coach-hours export.

Pick a format
Choose a payroll format — Gusto, ADP Workforce, or Custom Export to choose your own fields.

Choose a date range
Select Last Week, Last 2 Weeks, Last Month, or a Custom Range, then download.

Result

You get a CSV of coach hours ready to import into your payroll system.

With Custom Export you choose exactly which fields to include — employee ID, name, email, phone, date, day of week, and hours — so the file matches whatever system you use.
