Cancel a lesson and cancellation fees

Cancel the lesson#

   Open the lesson

   From your dashboard or a lesson's detail page, find the lesson you want to cancel.

   Choose to cancel

   Select Cancel lesson to open the cancellation window.

   Review the policy

   The window shows any cancellation fee that applies based on how close it is to the lesson time.

   Confirm

   Select Cancel Lesson.

About cancellation fees#

Coaches and gyms can set a cancellation policy — for example, a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson. The window always tells you the fee, if any, before you confirm, so there are no surprises. If there's no policy or you're outside the window, there's no fee.
