How Handspring handles payments, accounts, and your information.

Handspring is built so that sensitive details — especially payment information — are handled carefully and kept where they belong.
Payments#
Card payments and payouts run through Stripe, a major payments provider. Card numbers are stored securely with Stripe — Handspring never sees or stores your full card number. Coaches and gyms connect their bank accounts through Stripe as well.
Accounts#
- Accounts are verified by phone during sign-up.
- Email changes are confirmed with a verification code.
- You control the cards and details on your account in settings.
Keep your account secure by using a phone number and email only you can access, since both are used to verify changes.
Your information#
The athletes, lessons, and contact details you add are used to run your lessons and payments. Manage your own profile any time in settings.
