Register for a clinic

Sign your athletes up for a gym's clinic from its public page — pick sessions, pay by card, and you're in.

Updated August 27, 2026

Gyms share their clinics as a link or QR code — on flyers, at the front desk, on social media. Opening it takes you to the clinic's page with the date, time, location, price, and (often) how many spots are left. Registration happens right there.

Register your athletes#

  1. 1
Open the clinic page and tap Register Now
No account yet? You can create one right in the registration flow without losing your place.
  2. 2
    Pick who's attending
Select one or more of your athletes — you can register several kids at once — or add a new athlete on the spot.
  3. 3
Choose sessions (if the clinic has them)
Some clinics are split into named sessions with their own times and prices. Pick at least one; full sessions are shown as unavailable.
  4. 4
    Sign the waiver if asked
Clinics always require the gym's waiver. If you haven't signed for an athlete yet, it appears during checkout — sign once and registration continues.
  5. 5
    Pay and confirm
Review the summary (you're charged per athlete), choose a saved card or add a new one, and tap Pay & Register. Free clinics skip payment entirely.

You'll get a confirmation by text and email with a link back to the clinic page, plus a reminder the day before. Use Add to Calendar on the confirmation screen to put it on your phone's calendar.
Age ranges are guidance
If a clinic or session lists an age range and your athlete is outside it, you'll see a heads-up but can still register — the range is guidance, not a hard block.

If the clinic is full#

Tap Join Waitlist instead. The moment a spot opens, the next family in line is texted — but the spot isn't held, so register quickly when you get the message.

Cancellations and refunds#

Need to cancel? Contact the gym directly — clinic refunds are handled by the gym, and card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Your card is charged when you register, and the charge shows as hndsprng CLINIC on your statement.
