When a coach sends you a lesson request, you confirm it and add a card. Your card is held now and only charged around the lesson date.

Before you start
You need an athlete on your account and a coach who has sent you a lesson request. If your gym requires a waiver, you'll be asked to sign it before paying.

The lesson now shows
Confirmed on your dashboard, and your card is on file for it.What you'll be charged#
Confirming places a hold on your card — it isn't charged immediately. Payment is drafted about three days before the lesson (or right away if the lesson is sooner than that). The confirmation window shows the full breakdown, including any platform and processing fees, before you commit. For the full timeline, see How payments work.
Troubleshooting#
- “No payment method found.” Choose
Add new cardto add one, then confirm again. - A waiver is required. You'll be taken to sign the gym's waiver, then returned to finish paying.
- Your card was declined. Try another card from your payment methods.
